On 24th October I'll be trekking to the summit of the highest mountain in Wales - Snowdon- with Islamic Relief to fundraise for the Mediterranean refugee crisis. Thousands of people have lost their homes, and sadly some have lost their lives. It was too late to save the Syrian child Aylan who was washed up on the shore, but it's not too late to save the others.
