I'm a #refugee. My #parents didnt chose to leave their hometown, they were forced to leave. Today, Switzerland is our home. We are grateful to this beautiful country. It opened its homes and hearts to the refugees from #Tamil Eelam and gave us a chance. Today, the tamil secondos are one of the best educated and most integrated community in Switzerland. Nobody wants to live in a foreign country, where everyone looks #different from you, speaks a different #language, has a different #religion, has a different #culture, and yet, we are here. We started adapting, mostly, because we are #thankful and we feel #blessed for this second chance. Let's give this chance to today's #refugees. They deserve it. Even birds fly to the south, when it gets cold. We run to save endangered animal species, but we close our eyes when little kids are drowing in the sea.
