What is fucking wrong with this World?! What the actual fuck people?! How can such crisis be allowed to continue so profligate whilst people and governments look the other way? Hundreds drowned yesterday off the coast of Greece! Hundreds drowned off Libya today! I'd ask "how many more?!" But we've been asking that question for over a year and the answer remains the same: hundreds (if not thousands) EVERY DAY!! It is wrong inexcusable morally bankrupt abhorrent and outrageous! These PEOPLE are still coming and they will keep coming! Signing death warrants by omission: burying heads in the sand building fences reinstating borders a devil's deal with Turkey.. clearly the approach thus far hasn't made the flow stop nor even dented it. Now the beautiful Mediterranean is a hellish mass watery grave; for both them and for our own souls in failure! We are basically culpable in a mass social and ethnic cleansing! The refugees and migrants know they will very possibly die but still they chance it. You just don't take such drastic measures for "handouts" however much is on offer; self preservation is one of our most powerful human instincts!
