With the Russian intervention in Syria playing out, the Syrian authorities have seen an increase in the surrender of armed militants on strategic areas of Syria. The Syrian Arab Army has made tremendous gains in Syria and has cut off a number of supply routes that had transported goods to the militants. This is honestly amazing news for the Syrian people and government who feel as some headway is finally being made in the battle against terrorism. Meanwhile, we have seen a huge backlash of mindless propaganda against the Syrian-Russian partnership and Russia's role in the attacks. To make it clear to the people who want Al Assad ousted from power; if Assad leaves office Syria will fall into the hands of terrorists much like other "Arab Spring" countries. Assad can not go anywhere and must continue to hold this country together. Secondly, Putin was given Syrian permission to enter Syria and is NOT killing Syrian people as sources from the ground indicate. Again NO Syrian person has been injured by the Russian Army. This is a clear ploy to make people feel as though they should be against the current events.
